How to add an Accordion to Squarespace Page.

Want to make your content easier to navigate and more compact? Adding an accordion block is a great way to organize FAQs, product details, or anything that works well in collapsible sections. Here's how to add one in just a few clicks:

1. Enter Page Edit Mode

Start by logging into your Squarespace site.
Go to the page where you want to add the accordion and click “Edit” in the top left.

2. Add an Accordion Block

In the section where you want to insert the accordion:

  • Click the “+” icon to add a new block.

  • In the block library, scroll or search for “Accordion”.

  • Click on Accordion to insert it into your page.
        👉 (See screenshot below)

3. Customize Your Accordion

After placing the block, you can:

  • Add a title for each accordion item (e.g., “What is your return policy?”).

  • Add rich text, links, or images in the dropdown content.

  • Use the + Add Item button to add more rows.

4. Style It (Optional)

Accordion blocks follow your site’s font and color settings. To adjust:

  • Go to Design > Site Styles

  • Modify fonts, line spacing, and colors as needed.

5. Save and Preview

Click “Save” in the top-left to apply your changes.
Preview the page to test how the accordion works across desktop and mobile.
